Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Overview
The MY CLICK SHOP sells its products through Direct Sellers and Authorized C&F of the Company. The Company is
known for offering quality and standard products to consumers.
Applicability
This policy shall be applicable to all consumers who place orders through the Company website www.myclickshop.in and purchase products from the Company.
Object
If a consumer is unsatisfied with the products after purchasing and finds the products irrelevant for use, or if
the products delivered differ from the ordered products, they can follow the return and exchange policy outlined
below to avail a refund.
Term
Any capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them under the General Terms
and Conditions, which govern your use of our website www.myclickshop.in.
Applicable Laws
The Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, Contract Act, 1872, Sales of Goods Act, 1930, and Consumer
Protection Act, 2019.
Purpose
Since consumer satisfaction is our primary motive, we welcome all feedback and requests from our consumers. We
are always ready and willing to go the extra mile for our consumers.
Validity Period of Exchange/Replacement/Refund
30 Days from the date of delivery of the product.
Important Conditions for Return or Exchange
- The product must be in unused and original condition.
- The product must have tags still on and be returned in its original packaging.
- The returned/exchanged product must have no visible signs of use.
- The consumer shall inform about the return within 10 days from the date of receipt of the product.
- Consumers should not accept any open box deliveries.
- The return/exchange package must include everything received during purchase, such as price tags, labels,
original packing, freebies, accessories, invoices/warranty cards, and other documentation.
Criteria Under Which Company Will Not Accept Returns and Exchange
- If anything is missing from the package, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and
accessories.
- If the product is damaged due to misuse.
- If the product has been used or its durables have been installed.
- If the product has tampered or missing parts/serial numbers.
- If an open box delivery was accepted.
- If the product cannot be returned due to health and hygiene concerns.
How to Make a Return
- After delivery, raise a request for return within 30 days if the product is irrelevant for you. Ensure the
seal/protection is unbroken and the product is in a saleable condition.
- Send an email to return@myclickshop.in.com with the scan
copy of the original invoice and the reason for return.
- The product must be returned to the address proposed by the Company.
- The Company will acknowledge and confirm the request within 48 working hours.
- Do not return any product without confirmation from the Company.
- Send the product, duly packed with original packing and tags, to the provided address within 3 days of
return approval.
- Return shipping charges will be borne by the consumer, while the Company will bear the charges for resending
the product to the consumer.
Our Obligations
- Upon receipt of the returned products, our Quality Check team will inspect them. Once approved, a
replacement or refund will be initiated.
- If the return is not approved, the same product will be sent back to the consumer.
Exchange/Replacement After Delivery
- If internal damage to the packaging is found, raise an exchange request within 24 hours by emailing return@myclickshop.in.com with an unboxing video,
pictures of the defective product, and a scan copy of the original invoice.
- The Company will process the replacement shipment within 72 hours of acknowledgment.
Refund in Place of Exchange Products
- If external or internal packaging is damaged, request a refund instead of an exchange by emailing return@myclickshop.in.com.
- Refunds will be Credited to the original payment method within 7 days.
Note:
- No cash refunds will be provided. Refunds will be credited to the consumer's bank account.
- The Quality Check Team's decision on returned products will be final and binding.
- Unresolved delivery issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving a delivery confirmation email/SMS.
